Heather Powell State Farm is looking for a reliable, upbeat, and service-minded individual to join our team as a House Manager / Executive Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, staying organized, and supporting a fast-paced team behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office purchasing and maintain inventory of supplies
- Coordinate and execute hospitality efforts for team members and guests
- Run errands and assist with day-to-day operational needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces
- Support team with administrative and executive assistant tasks as needed
